“Integration of Glassy Carbon microelectrodes and interconnections” The utilization of a double pattern transfer photolithographic process will be used in the integration of glassy carbon microelectrodes (GC MEAs) and interconnections on flexible SU-8 substrates. The fabrication steps and the optimization of the transfer-bonded temporary polymeric support of all GC-MEAs will be discussed. Our goal is to propel the advancement of GC-based MEAs for the next generation of neural interface devices.
