Parity Violating Electron Scattering at Jefferson Lab

Description :  The main thrust of the research program of the Louisiana Tech University TJNAF group involves parity violating, electron scattering reactions. This program will challenge our understanding of nucleon structure, probe the dynamics of QCD symmetry breaking, and provide a precision test of the Standard Model. Supplemental to this project is an educational outreach program designed to include engineers, science teachers, high school students, and undergraduate students from several disciplines in forefront physics research projects.
