Tack Coat and Void Filler Material Properties and Shallow Trench Design for Apical System- Phase 1

Description :  The purpose of this study is to accomplish the following simple objectives: Investigate the material properties of tack coat for its usage in complete apical, investigate effects of snow ploughing on top coat through shear failure, evaluate viability of a new material as a roadway void filler, design of a shallow trench for apical system and accelerated vehicle loading effects on shallow trench, and perform preliminary and reentry tests for the new tack coat (less curing time) material.
