An Experiment in Putting a Real World Experience in the Classroom

Description :  The purpose of this project is to co-develop an automated ISO maintenance workflow engine software in collaboration with Chemtura Corp. This automated system will allow for greater efficiency and eliminate manual labor currently required for ISO maintenance and workflow. This system will also have the capability to provide performance and operational reports, which may lead to greater efficiency. This collaboration with Chemtura Corp., while beneficial from an industrial perspective, will also provide unique industrial experience for students contributing to system development and strengthen ties to local industrial partners.
