A Realistic Model for Charge Transport in Conductive Polymers

Description :  Molecular engineering conductive polymers have not been accomplished yet due to the limited understanding of the connection between the atomic and macroscopic properties of the polymer.  A multiscale model able to predict and describe such a connection is a needed tool to achieve this goal.  However, before this model can be implemented, it is necessary for a careful reformation of models at individual scales. This project will develop a realistic model to study charge transport in polymers.
