Description :  The investigators in thes effort propose to construct electronically triggered caseless ammunition that will allow bullets to be fired half like a bullet, half like a rocket.  This will allow MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) to be integrated on bullets; the acceleration involved in traditional small weaponry precludes this.
