Description :  This project will conduct basic and applied research through HBCU/MIs and mentor universities on aerospace sensors in the areas of Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), Electro-Optics/Infrared (EO/IR), and Radio Frequency (RF). The scope of the research shall include, but not be limited to, devices, techniques, processing, simulations, sub-systems and system simulations, and test/evaluation.
